One week down! Yes. The scale is sitting exactly on 100 this morning, I couldn't convince it to cross the line depite jiggling and wobbling up and down on the scale! Damn! I'm going to eat lighter today and go out for a jog and see if that helps it.
I may have actually started slipping in too much food lately. I had a salad with lunch yesterday and another last night. I didn't check to see if I had slipped out of ketosis, but I need to watch that. Now that the "easy" weight has shed, I need to keep maintaining the diet. I mean, the really hard part is during the first two weeks, so I need to stick it through. The past week wasn't that bad at all. I've lost weight, I feel much better, etc. I can do another week to see how she goes.
