Home Alone Redux
Hmmm... It's awfully quiet around here. Now that I'm not on a full 24-hour-a-day tear for some presentation or conference, I just woke up to realize I'm completely on my own here in the apartment and will be for another 5 days or so. I'm not particularly good on my own. The place is a mess. I haven't shaved for days. The smell from the kitchen would kill a small horse...
I honestly hadn't noticed much up until now, if you believe it or not. Now it's like, hey! This sucks! There's reasons I got married and had a kid, not being alone was one of them.
