I just ran across this New York Times article about the game of Go and game theory. Cool beans. I did some searching and found this site and this one which have a run down on the rules and history.
This seems a lot more fun than answering emails and repairing the toilet which is leaking. I think I'm going to do play Go for a bit.
... and a little later, I just found this kick-ass open source Java based Go client. If you've got one of the later Java distribs, you can download it via Java Web Start. It's a really good looking app. A little easier to get started is Yahoo Games Go rooms.
