Okay, time for another diet update. I'm down to 97kgs/213.5lbs which is nice (a loss of 7kg/15lbs in four weeks), but I'm starting to seriously slack on the diet. I ate like crap for the past few days and am sure have stopped my progress cold. I feel and look better than in a long time, but I still have another 7kgs/15lbs to lose before I'm really happy, so I need to get back on it again. It was one of those weeks that for one reason or another I didn't get to the gym since last Friday. This is bad... I'm not going to lose anything sitting on my ass 14 hours a day.
The main problem is that the progess is sooo slow now. I lost 4 kilos in the first week and 3 in the past 3 weeks. Now, 1 kilo a week isn't bad, but it's not nearly as fun as a kilo every few days. It's really, really nice to have a less of a gut than just a month ago, so I need to make a real effort to stick to this diet and exercise.
