I forgot to blog this, but a couple days ago, Jason Brome of nntp//rss fame left me a great tip in my comments:

Motorola is now offering a free, full license for CodeWarrior Wireless Studio, to people who sign up to their MotoCoder site and answer a short survey. Worth a look.

Definitely! This new developer site looks very nice and like Nokia's Forum and SonyEricsson's MobilityWorld it is chock full of wireless development goodness. I downloaded the app the other night, though I haven't had a chance to play with it yet. I'm trying to do most of my development with Eclipse and Ant tasks, but it might be interesting to get used to Codewarrior's toolset in preparation for developing with their Symbian tools. Think of this as a good way to start, I think.
