Napster has once again brought me some neat music for my listening pleasure. Unlike the flaming lips, Stereolab wasn't a complete surprise to me. I had listened to their tripped out groovy tunes many years ago, but somehow had lost track.
As I was scanning the front page of the Napster client looking for something a little new (the Adult Alternative "station" gets a little stale after a few weeks) I saw they had just added Stereolab's Margerine Eclipse and it's definitely adequately trippy for a Sunday Evening Before Bedtime.
Pepsi may be giving away a million songs, but seriously, I haven't launched iTunes once since I started using Napster. It's very, very cool. Maybe that'll change someday when I get an iPod, but until then...
