That's my resolution for the year. Besides the general, "get my shit together," and "exercise more" this is something I need to do. The problem of course is that tonight, like every night, my clock shows that it's 11:56 p.m. and I'm not tired, I've got things to do, and I don't feel like going to bed. However, I think it needs to be a hard and fast rule now, even if I have to pop some melatonin or other drugs to get my body clock to shift.
